Office Administration & Operations Manager within the
People & Culture team at our headquarters in
Cologne.
In this role, you take care of the day-to-day office operations, ensuring efficient workflows, smooth onboarding processes, professional vendor management, and high-quality internal documentation across locations and companies.

Your main duties will be:- Central coordination and administration of all office management processes across our six sister companies in our entity in Cologne
- Optimization, standardization, and continuous improvement of internal office workflows and taking charge of documentation, including handbooks, guidelines, and checklists
- Key interface function between People & Culture, Management, IT, Accounting, and external service providers
- Ownership of administrative onboarding processes for new employees, including conducting onboarding sessions related to Office Administration and Health & Safety
- Management of contract registries, vendors, and suppliers (e.g. facility and cleaning services, insurance management)
- Support in planning and coordinating internal events, workshops, and company meetings in close collaboration with the Academy & Events team
- Upholding our administrative processes and internal standards by continuously promoting them
- Contribution to cross-functional projects and continuous improvement of initiatives within ISCC
- Guidance and responsibility for supporting interns or working students
